This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on AncientDraft, including AncientDraft Premium subscriptions.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team and we will help arrange it. You can also review Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a premium subscription at any time to stop future renewals. After cancellation you retain premium access until the end of your current billing period. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within the 30-day window above and we will work with Paddle to make it right.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
